Careers at Crechely

Crechely is an Irish childcare platform helping parents discover childcare providers, check availability, and join waiting lists more easily.

We’re looking for a confident, self-motivated freelance Provider Acquisition Contractor to help us bring more crèches, Montessori schools, preschools, and afterschool services onto the Crechely platform.

This is a project-based, commission-only opportunity with no fixed working hours. You decide when and how you carry out the outreach, with payment based on successfully activated childcare providers.

What you’ll do

You’ll identify and contact childcare providers across Ireland by phone, email, social media, or other appropriate outreach methods. Your goal is to speak with managers or owners, introduce Crechely, explain the benefits of joining, and guide interested providers through the onboarding process.

Crechely is completely free for childcare providers, so the conversation is focused on helping them reach more parents, promote available childcare places, manage waiting lists, and benefit from Crechely’s provider tools and rewards programme.

Compensation

€20 for every fully activated childcare provider.

A provider is considered fully activated when they:

Register on Crechely

Complete their childcare provider profile

Add their childcare availability

Have their account successfully activated/approved on the platform

There is no limit on how many providers you can onboard.

Examples:

10 activated providers = €200

20 activated providers = €400

30 activated providers = €600

50 activated providers = €1,000

Who we’re looking for. You should be:

Confident speaking with business owners and managers

Comfortable with cold calling and follow-up

Clear and professional in English

Self-motivated and results-focused

Organised when tracking outreach and follow-ups

Comfortable working independently

Previous experience in SDR, appointment setting, lead generation, telesales, business development, or customer acquisition is a strong advantage.

Experience with childcare or the Irish market is helpful but not essential.

Important

This is a freelance, project-based opportunity, not a fixed-hours salaried position. There are no required daily working hours. The focus is on successfully onboarding childcare providers.
