1. What Crechely.ie is
Crechely.ie is a technology platform that connects parents searching for childcare with Tusla-registered childcare providers in Ireland. We are a marketplace — we do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any provider listed on our platform. All providers are independently Tusla-registered and regulated.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
- You must provide accurate information — false information may result in account suspension
- One account per person
3. For parents
- Searching and joining up to 3 waiting lists is free — one child profile included
- Plus (€9.99/month) unlocks up to 10 waiting lists and 2 child profiles
- Premium (€14.99/month) unlocks unlimited waiting lists, up to 4 child profiles, tour bookings, and side-by-side comparison. Both Plus and Premium are non-refundable once features have been used during the current billing period
- Accepting a spot offer is always free
- Crechely.ie is a finder service only — we are not party to any agreement between you and a provider
- We do not guarantee that a spot will be found within any timeframe
4. For providers
- Crechely is free forever for every childcare provider — no credit card required, no trial period, no paid tiers
- You receive a full listing, digital waiting list, tour bookings, parent alerts, dashboard, compliance score, and CSV export at no cost
- You can mark your service as inactive at any time — your listing pauses but your data is fully preserved
- Your waiting list data is never deleted — it is restored when you reactivate
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information including Tusla registration, capacity, fees, and availability
5. What we are not responsible for
- The quality, safety, or suitability of any provider listed on the platform (this is regulated by Tusla)
- Any agreement or dispute between a parent and a provider
- Delays in finding a childcare spot
- Spots that are offered and then withdrawn by a provider
6. What we are responsible for
- Keeping your data safe and private
- Maintaining the platform with reasonable uptime
- Sending notifications accurately and promptly
- Processing payments securely through Stripe
- Responding to support queries within 2 business days
7. Payments and refunds
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Parents: Plus (€9.99/month) and Premium (€14.99/month) subscriptions are non-refundable once features have been used during the current billing period. Searching and joining up to 3 waiting lists is always free. You can cancel anytime — no future charges, and you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period
- Creches: Crechely is completely free for all providers. There are no subscriptions, trials, or paid tiers for childcare services
- For payment disputes contact hello@crechely.ie within 14 days
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Crechely.ie to:
- Provide false information about yourself or a child
- Spam providers with fake applications
- Scrape or copy platform data
- Harass other users or provider staff
Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
