1. What Crechely.ie is
Crechely.ie is a technology platform that connects parents searching for childcare with Tusla-registered childcare providers in Ireland. We are a marketplace — we do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any provider listed on our platform. All providers are independently Tusla-registered and regulated.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
- You must provide accurate information — false information may result in account suspension
- One account per person
3. For parents
- Searching and joining waiting lists is free up to 3 providers per child
- The Premium upgrade (€19.99 one-time) unlocks unlimited waiting lists per child and is non-refundable once a waiting list has been joined using premium access
- Accepting a spot offer is always free
- Crechely.ie is a finder service only — we are not party to any agreement between you and a provider
- We do not guarantee that a spot will be found within any timeframe
4. For providers
- Your first 60 days are free — no credit card required
- After 60 days, the subscription is €29.99/month
- You can cancel at any time — your listing pauses at the end of the billing period
- Your waiting list data is never deleted on cancellation — it is restored if you resubscribe
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information including Tusla registration, capacity, fees, and availability
5. What we are not responsible for
- The quality, safety, or suitability of any provider listed on the platform (this is regulated by Tusla)
- Any agreement or dispute between a parent and a provider
- Delays in finding a childcare spot
- Spots that are offered and then withdrawn by a provider
6. What we are responsible for
- Keeping your data safe and private
- Maintaining the platform with reasonable uptime
- Sending notifications accurately and promptly
- Processing payments securely through Stripe
- Responding to support queries within 2 business days
7. Payments and refunds
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Parents: The Premium upgrade (€19.99 one-time) is non-refundable once waiting lists have been joined using premium features. Searching and joining up to 3 waiting lists is always free.
- Creches: The subscription is €29.99/month after a free 60-day trial. Cancel anytime — non-refundable for the current billing period but no future charges.
- For payment disputes contact hello@crechely.ie within 14 days
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Crechely.ie to:
- Provide false information about yourself or a child
- Spam providers with fake applications
- Scrape or copy platform data
- Harass other users or provider staff
Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
